Winter 2011Personal Statement
As a 5'8 junior from Nyack High School (Nyack New York), I have been able to enhance my high schools golf team through my winning performance and my ability to motivate others. I have 3 years of varsity golf experience and was chosen as Co-Capitan of the team during my sophomore season when I was also named team MVP. I have placed 5th 10th and 2nd in the country championships. I have placed 1st and 2nd in NJPGA golf tournaments. As a dedicated student interested in the study of economics I am willing to explore universities in most geographic locations. My realistic goals for collegiate golf are to make a positive contribution to the golf team and compete at the highest level possible.
