My name is Mikel J. Gamble and I am a junior at Mount Vernon High School in Alexandria, Virginia. My family has instilled in me morales and values. My parents taught me to always strive for excellence. With both of my parents being retired Military and I have been taught to be respectful to everyone. I am constantly striving to improve myself off the court as well as on the court. I have a strong desire to play collegiate basketball. I am a great team player with leadership qualities. My coaches often commend me on my work ethic. I am coachable player with good defensive skills and constantly improving myself offensively. I am unselfish, athletic and I have exceptional strength for my size with good speed and leaping ability. I have good court vision, passing skills and continually improving my basketball IQ.
