I am currently a sophomore at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I play the point and shooting guard positions. I am 6'3" and weigh 185 lbs. I was an all freshman player in my league and I am ready to transfer to play at a four-year school.
I am passionate about basketball, participating in service, and representing my community as an "athleader". I was voted Captain of my team as a sophomore and continued to serve as Captain my Junior and Senior year. I know playing college basketball will allow me the opportunity to grow as a person, an athlete, and leader. I am willing to work hard on the court and show the necessary courage and grit it takes to play at the next level.
What sets me apart from other players? I intern with former NBA players coaching and mentoring boys at their summer camps. This improves my skills and increases my desire to play. I also submitted a TEDx talk that was published in former Cleveland Cavalier, Lance Allred's best selling book and I am working on finishing the talk for TED. Lastly, I truly appreciate the opportunities and talents I have been blessed with. I served in an orphanage this summer, playing basketball with boys in the Dominican Republic. Each of these (my mentors, publishing, service) help to define the player I am and asset I will be to a team, University, and community.
