* I am a 6'4" Power Forward from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and will graduate from the Owen J. Roberts High School in the class of 2015. I have 4.4 GPA, am a Senior this year in all Honors and AP classes, a member of the National Honor Society, and participate in community service.
*Skills I bring as a Power Forward are: extremely strong rebounder both offensively and defensively, play a hard post, have good moves to the offensive basket, finish around the rim, have a scoring jump shot, hit 3 pointers, and am a big defensive presence. I like playing in the paint and I have a good outlet pass for quick guards.
* For the past 3 years I have been the starting Center for my high school's Varsity team along with starting Power Forward and Shooting Forward for my other basketball squads.
* I was a consistent starter with my Competitive Edge AAU team where I play mostly in the paint but also contribute with my outside jump shots. Our team had a great spring season and were always in the CHIP games. In the Pittsburgh Under Armour JamFest we won 4 out of 5 games in the Steel City 17U bracket.
* I am also a starter for my West Philly inter-city Brotha Hood 17U travel team and am the team's highest consistent rebounder. This past spring we played in the 17U Positive Image League in Germantown and the Sonny Hill High School League at Audenreid HS on Tasker St in Phila. This fall is will be starting Power Forward for the Philly Bulldogs (Mantua) and am looking forward to playing local tourneys.
* I have attended Hoop Group Academic Elite camps and combines for the past 2 years. This fall I will be at the Hoop Group Philly Top 100 at CES in King of Prussia on September 19. I also played last fall in the Big 60 at Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA and was honored to be on their Top 60 Players to Watch list.
* I volunteer at the Chester County Food Bank on Tuesday nights when I don't have a basketball game, and help out with Meals on Wheels in the Phoenixville PA area. I am a Leo member of our local Lions Club to help with community service projects such as food, clothes and book drives, and read to pre-school children at a local daycare. In high school I am a TA for a CP 9th grade English class and also participate in our yearly Make A Difference Day for cancer awareness to honor my family members suffering with this disease.
* I feel the characteristics I have really worked on is a good and positive attitude on and off the court, hustling the entire game, always listening to my coaches and being a team player. I strive to be consistent and average a double-double with assists for each game.
* I am looking to be a student athlete at a college or university where I can get a great academic education and contribute to the school's competitive basketball program. I am very interested in pursuing math or chemistry, graduate with a 4 year Bachelor of Science degree and go on to a graduate program.
