Zacariah Payne '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Zacariah Payne and I am in the graduating class of 2017 and I attend East Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have always considered myself a Student-Athlete, but I make sure that "Student" always comes first. I have a 3.42 unweighted GPA out of 4.0 and a 3.94 weighted GPA out of 5.0. I have been in the I.B./Magnet program ever since I started grade school.  I am always very attentive in school and on the court because I believe that the best way to increase my IQ, as well as my basketball IQ, is to inquire. I believe in team play and I think that in order for a team to be successful there cannot be anyone with the mindset of an individual. My athletic goal is to build my skills everyday and to be given the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
