Adam Elhamami '17 Recruiting Profile

I have been born and raised in Jersey City. Ever since I was a kid I was told to choose soccer as my sport because that is where my potential lies.  However, I had a passion towards basketball that will never be broken.   I live everyday with the guilt that I have disappointed my parents a just a little because they wanted me to play soccer instead.  I used that disappointment as a motivation to succeed in my basketball goals and aspirations which is to make it into a Division I College team and then make it into the NBA from there.  I wake up early and stay up late constantly trying to better myself as not only a student-athlete, but as a gradually maturing young adult.  I will do whatever it takes and go as far as possible to make it in the Association.
