Tyler Roose '15 Recruiting Profile

Everything I've learned from basketball and my schoolwork have made me the person I am today.  As a 3 year starter, 2 year Captain on the Varsity Basketball Team and an Honor Roll/National Honors Society member/Class President, I've learned to work extremely hard for what I want and what will better myself and my team.  Not only am I focused on my own personal goals on the court and in the classroom, I like to get my teammates/peers to rise to higher expectations along with me.

Since the beginning of my middle school career, I've worked to improve my personal as well as my teamwork and leadership skills.  I've been striving to perfect all these skills in order to continue my basketball career from high school to the collegiate level.  Although I'm always working hard to improve my skills, there are skills that I currently possess that would be a great addition to your team.  My qualities include extreme hard work and dedication;  very coachable and always open to constructive criticism to help me become the best player/student that I can possibly be. Representing the school/team with respect, commitment, responsibility and honor will always be a priority.  Lastly, I will always give you 110% from the moment I step into the school and onto the court until I have nothing left to give.
