I am currently an 18 year old Red shirt freshman in college who's dream is to one day play professional basketball. My parents have shown me that with a hard work ethic and having faith in myself that anything is possible. I consider myself to be a young independent male who believes in my abilities, and faces and fear with confidence. Throughout my studies in school and life, I have learned many valuable lessons such as understanding the importance of working toward a quality education. My Family inspired me to focus on what lies ahead. I have learned that my academics should come first and foremost, because that will determine my future and how I will be able to support myself in the future. Learning responsibility, determination, along with all the little things made me into a smarter team player on and off the court. Basketball is the greatest team sport of my time. Throughout life people are faced with hurdles that only drive and ambition can get them over. Everyone had different levels of ambition. As a young independent male I have learned from my parents and other people around me to deal with hard times by relying on myself and to be ambitious.
