Richard Jacobson '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Richard Jacobson and my goal is to play basketball at the college level.  I've desired to accomplish this goal not only for the athletic achievements that come with it, but also for the life lessons that are associated with this goal like learning how to become a leader, learning the importance of communication and cooperation, and most importantly the positive impact that self determination and discipline can have on my life.
I believe I can be a great candidate for any collegiate team because of my intangible skills.  I'm basically what you can call a "grinder" and a basketball junkie.  I spend countless hours working on my craft and I love to do it.  I work on all aspects of my game from my jump shot and handles to being the most conditioned as possible.  This work ethic doesn't stop when I'm off the court either, I put just as much time into the classroom as I do in the gym trying to become the most rounded individual as possible.
