Keagan Calchera '18 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal as an athlete is to play division 1 football and baseball, if I could only play one or the other I would want to play football. I have always had a greater passion for football and am working hard to pursue my dream. I am a three sport high school athlete. I began my freshman year with football, I was the starting freshman quarterback. Towards the end of the season I was asked to play JV at the quarterback position, and joined the Varsity team for the playoff game.  I then played hockey over the winter, I made the Varsity hockey team with 7 other freshman. As a varsity team we made it to the WIAA state games for the eighth consecutive year.  My freshman year ended with my baseball season, I was one of four freshmen to make JV. We had an incredible year finishing with a record 24-0.  As a freshman I was one of the biggest leaders for my teams.  I have been complimented by all of my high school coaches, and teachers, about my ability to lead people.  I try to be a great role model, and a positive leader on and off the field.
