I Lead by example, I don't lead by yelling and getting people together although sometimes that is necessary, I do things right the first time and I always try and give 110%. As far as on the field, I know there are gonna be some kids that are faster than me or some that can jump higher than me, but my thing is I always catch the ball. That is what I pride myself on, and anyone can even ask my quarterback or my coaches. I could go 99/100 with catches and id be angry that I didn't catch them all.
