Phoenix Ruffin '17 Recruiting Profile

I just want to go to college and chase a degree in Kinesiology. If football could be there while I'm working hard in the classroom that would make my dream of playing college ball come true. Throughout my life I have had to adapt so I feel as though I will be able to fit in with any team and find ways to complement and honor the team I am with on and off of the field. Just like a lot of athletes my grades weren't the best my freshman year of high school, however my junior year GPA was a 3.2 and I'm just going to keep challenging myself in academics. In athletics I differ from other athletes because I am willing to put in the work that other athletes aren't. Also I am a team player and love to compete I will push my fellow teammates to the best of their ability both on and off of the field.
