Erik Spurlin-Renfroe '17 Recruiting Profile

As a child I dreamed of attending college and playing football. In The 2017 my passion and love for football has granted me the opportunity to possibly earn an athletic scholarship and make my dream come true. My immediate family is important to me and has instilled values that will not only make me a good teammate, but an asset to the university. I also viewed my football team as my extended family. I am currently the team captain and  take great pride in working together to achieve a common goal. I have participated in off season workouts ranging from 7 on 7 tournaments, to working out with retired NFL players to improve my craft. If given the opportunity I believe I can be an impact player for your program. In conclusion, my goal is be successful in life and be able to one day payback my family for all their sacrifices they have made for me through the years.
