What motivates me in field hockey is to be the best player and leader I can be on and of the field.I was Captain of my JV Team, as a freshman and was awarded best mid-fielder of the year in 2013 for my school team. In 2014 I was awarded Rookie of the Year and Scholar Athlete for my Varsity team. I am participating currently in Futures for 2014 and 2015. I have competed in the NFC's at Spooky Nook June 2015. I have participated in Festival('14,'15) and Disney('14,'15,) National Tournaments I try my best to be a well rounded student by maintaining a 88 weighted overall average in school, as an honor student and being an active member of the SADD organization, participating in various community service activities and being an athlete. I would not know where I would be without field hockey. This sport has become a huge part of my life and my teammates became my family. The first time I played this sport I fell in love instantly and I never wanted to stop playing. . The determination I have to be the best player shows with every play I make whether it's running to a loose ball or faking out a defender.
