Dominique Milian '17 Recruiting Profile

Field hockey is a relatively new sport for me. When I touched the stick for the first time something just clicked and I now have a really great passion for the sport. I like to believe the passion shows when I step on the field. I leave everything I have on the turf. The first year I played I worked up to being a starter by game 2. I'm proud to say I have been starting ever since and will be starting this year as a left back (my position may vary through the season) for the Mahopac High School varsity field hockey team. I work whenever I can on my skills and the feeling of the stick in my hand and sweat on my neck gives me huge satisfaction. I have the same passion for my school work and put in the work I need to for maintaining my 4.0 GPA. I really wish to continue to be a student athlete in college. Field hockey and success in the classroom have become my passions.
