My name is Hannah Sikorski and ever since I was introduced to the game of field hockey, I have always had a field hockey stick in my hand, working to push myself to the best of my ability. I am a determined and competitive person. My competitive edge drives me to always stay on top of my game and give 110% in both field hockey and academics. From the time when I was young playing in my backyard, until I was old enough to join the town teams, I always wanted to try and be a part of team sports. As I grew older, my focuses were narrowed to field hockey and track at the competitive club and high school levels. As my love of the game grew, I decided to spend my time and efforts training for field hockey and striving to play at the collegiate level. I believe that the "off" season, is never truly "off" time. It is just extra time to continue to focus and improve my skills. Off the field, I have a keen interest in science and math. I am interested in a college with a challenging academic program where I can continue playing field hockey.
