Ever since I learned to talk and throw a ball, I've wanted to be a Hall of Famer in Cooperstown.
I've always worked hard as a student athlete. I am the first one at practice, taking extra batting practice, and the last one to leave, dripping in sweat. Some of my teammates call me the "energizer bunny" because no matter what, I'm always full of energy and giving 110% effort, no matter what the score or circumstance. I think my competitive spirit has driven me to pass most of my friends, both on the field and in the classroom. I have been getting better and smarter from my freshman year to now, going into my senior year. I went from a B & C student to an A & B student improving and maturing along the way. The ability to obtain a scholarship and attend college will only be a stepping stone to my true potential. I'm hungry to better myself in every way possible, whether it be physically or mentally. My goal is to become a better person and grow into a well rounded individual on my journey to manhood. Hopefully someday, I will in turn be able to help a young man do the same.
