Dear Coaches,
Hello, my name is Harrison Merrill. I attend Franklin High School in Livonia, MI and I am apart of the class of 2017. I have played baseball for twelve years, and for the past few years I have played up on older age brackets. I would really like to continue my career in baseball into college and hopefully into the pros. My 2016 year consists of playing Shortstop, Pitching, and Third Base, during spring ball I will be playing for my High School Varsity team, then during summer ball I will be playing for Valley Venom on an 18u team. Valley Venom is located in Highland, MI at Valley Sports Academy.
Baseball has always been my passion and I take it very seriously. I always give 110% at all practices, games, and conditionings. I believe that I could make a great addition to the pitching staff and to the left side of the infield to any team. I have experience at every position and I am willing to play anywhere that I am needed. I have a great time no matter where I play, I just love being apart of the game. For me baseball has become part of who I am. It pushes me to do my best on the field, as well as in the classroom. Of course, grades are important to every athlete, I strive my best to get good grades in order to keep doing what I love. My education is always number one, because without it I could not be on the field. Baseball has done so much good in my life and I would love to continue into college. By doing so, I would be checking off a dream that I have had since I was 7 years old.
Thank you,
