Cooper Cox '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Cooper Cox. I am a great student academically and my goal is to further my education while playing the game I love, baseball. I am a member of the National Honor Society and maintain a high GPA. On the field I keep contol of my emotions. I support my teammates no matter how good or bad of a game we are having and I am an all around team player. I always give my all in everything I do and I will continue to do so. I play outfield and pitch. I am left handed when I throw, in which helps me on the mound. I have worked for and gained control over my pitches because I have always been told by my coaches that was the key to being an effective pitcher. My other position is the outfield. I read the ball very well and have been told by coaches that I see the ball off the bat very well. My dad always told me to be coachable. I know that being coachable is something that has helped me greatly improve and I know will continue to help me improve.
