Thank you for taking the time to review my profile.
My goal is to continue playing competitive baseball while in college after I graduate from William Fremd High School. Baseball has been a part of my life since I was 8 years old. Playing multiple positions at Fremd HS and on the Illinois Indians Tribe and with Bandit Elite has provided me with the skills needed to be a valuable player for any college program. I bring versatility to the field as a Right Handed Pitcher, Middle-Infielder and Outfielder.
I have also gained exposure in the classroom through advanced classes and AP coursework. I am a member of National Honor Society and have maintained a 3.72 (unweighted) GPA, while also participating in other sports and after school activities. Both my coaches and teachers have provided me the skills to learn, listen, and focus on becoming a better player and student.
My character has also matured during High School, as I was named Captain of both my Soccer and Baseball teams. This honor is very important to me because it was determined by voting amongst my teammates. Playing sports, specifically baseball, has taught me the importance of balance. Being competitive and coming prepared ready to learn has enabled me to achieve success both on and off the field.
Continuing to play baseball in college while earning my degree would further develop my skills and abilities while providing your school with a contributing player of character.
