Sampson Cogger '18 Recruiting Profile

I knew baseball was a passion of mine when my Dad took me to a minor league game when I was 5 years old.  Since that time I have competed at every level, from tee ball to varsity HS baseball and competitive travel ball.   One of the things that makes baseball so exciting to me is the complexity of the game.   I love to study the sport and never get tired of learning more.  

Having the ability to play at the college level is a dream of mine.   Using my skills and doing something I love, at the same time I'm getting an education is the best of both worlds.  It's important to me to find a school that is a fit both academically and athletically.  Due to my positive attitude, my experience and leadership,  I am confident that I will be an asset to your program.
