I believe what sets me apart from other players is my size and my character. I'm 6'4", 17 years old, weigh 185 lbs., and still growing. I have been raised in an environment of respect which makes me a very coachable player. I am working hard to be recruited and to play college ball through tournaments, showcases, and physical training. As a player, I try my best to act and execute unselfishly. It's nice to be a statistic leader, but the most important thing is that we win and play as a team. When it comes to pitching, I focus on the location of the 4 pitches I feel I have good command of to date (4S & 2S Fastball, Slider, and Splitter). Outfield is also a natural position for me. I love to throw runners out at home or any other base. When it comes to batting, I am a high average, contact hitter able to hit pitches where they are located.
I know I will make a good candidate for your team because I have so much more to learn about this game as a pitcher or outfielder and will work hard and be fully dedicated to the team, the school and my academics. I am eager to learn from coaches who know how to improve my skills while playing with other athletes who share some of my same goals.
