I am grateful for this opportunity to work at NCSA. I am Originally from El Paso,TX and played softball at El Dorado High school we won BI District and I received the Award for Offensive MVP in 2017, I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a bachelor’s in general business, I also graduated receiving my master’s in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. During my undergrad I was a collegiate athlete who played center field, playing Division II softball and received multiple all conference awards. Going into my masters I decided to become a graduate assistant for the Dean of business and the athletic department and during my second year of my masters I became the graduate assistant for my college softball team, both departments allowed me to receive great experience to further my career within athletics.
Being a recruiting coordinator for NCSA is the big deal to me because I was once that athlete that received help from NCSA and was able to be looked at by schools, I never thought I’d get the chance to talk to. Receiving help from NCSA allowed me to contact numerous coaches and expand my search for a college that would give me the chance to further my softball career. I am excited to share this great experience of going through the recruiting process with all upcoming athletes and their families.
